powerful deep dark ruby; ripe cherries, tobacco-balmy cherry fruit; powerful, very prominent peppery tannins, some dark chocolate in the aftertaste, extract sweet back taste

Vinification

harvest by hand in small boxes, selection of grapes on the sorting table, cold maceration, natural fermentation in open wooden-fermenter, maturation in oak barrels (14 months), preferably filled unfiltered
