Vinification:
Selective hand-picked grapes, gently pressed are the basement for this exclusive Sparkling Chardonnay Brut from Schloss Halbturn. Natural fermented in 228 ltr. burgundy barrels and for six months aged, produced according to „Methode Traditionelle“ and for another 24 months aged on the yeast in bottles
