Delivery, transport, default of acceptance:
Our sales prices do not contain any costs for delivery or arrangement. However, we may provide or arrange for these services on request against separate payment. The invoice will cover the actual costs of the transport and/or arrangement including an appropriate cost for management applicable on the day of delivery or the usual freight charges of the selected mode of transport.
The following transport costs within Austria and Germany are valid until recalled (prices incl. tax).
Wine-delivery within Austria: € 7,50 for 6 bottles per box; € 10,- for 12 bottles per box
Wine-delivery within Germany: € 15,- for 6 bottles per box; € 18,- for 12 bottles per box
For orders delivered within Austria and Germany we invoice no transport costs starting with a order value of a minimum of € 340,-- - we are delivering in this case free to the door.
For deliveries into others countries except Austria and Germany we invoice the accruing costs (incl. customs, toll and side costs) from the transport company.
