Single berry selection, smooth pressing without crushing, fermentation in French oak for 11 month, natural end of fermentation at about 268 g/l residual sugar, ageing in total for 16 month

Light yellow with green reflexes. Fine grapefruit aromas, lime, honey and exotic in the nose (Sauternes). Fine spicy aromas, opulent and silky, excellent harmony of fruit and acidity. Very young, but already quite harmonic, delicate fruit on the palate. Exceptional ageing potential.
