Tasting notes:
Dark ruby-garnet, purple reflexes. In the nose dark berries, gentle wood flavour, complex bouquet. On the palate juicy, elegant, multi-layered, finely grained tannins, smartly balanced. Good ageing potential.

Harvest by hand, single berry selection on the sorting table, cool maceration, natural fermentation in big open wooden fermenter, pigeage by feet, ageing in Barrique bordelaise (14 month), bottled unstrained
